About the Founder – Lifestyle Elevation Media Foundation
Lela C. Thompson is the visionary founder of the Lifestyle Elevation Media Foundation (LEMF), a pioneering nonprofit committed to advancing digital literacy, media innovation, and cultural empowerment. With over 15 years of experience as a Brand Strategist, Concept Creator, and Lifestyle Event Curator, she has delivered transformative campaigns across fashion, technology, entertainment, culinary, and nonprofit sectors.
With a foundation in Fashion Design, Lela launched her career in beauty and apparel before evolving into a national voice in digital strategy and creative branding. Her early roles at 20th Century Fox Studios and KCET sharpened her expertise in media production and strategic communications. Today, she leads SNGROUP, a tech-forward brand strategy consulting firm, and oversees multiple digital media ventures she created, including The Power Player Lifestyle Magazine, Life Feels Good, Goddess Couture News, Fab Five Lifestyle, and WedgedIn Magazine.
Lela has been a featured keynote speaker at numerous technology and fashion tech events. She also serves as a partnership board member for several national technology organizations, actively supporting initiatives that promote youth education, digital upskilling, and career development.
